Candy Spelling's 57,000-square foot Los Angeles mansion, the highest-priced home in the United States was officially sold to a 22-year-old Formula One heiress on Thursday.
The home, which was known as "The Manor," had a listing price of $150 million and has been on the market since 2009. The final purchase closed at a slightly more modest amount of $85 million, according to the Associated Press. See photos of the property.
The mansion has an estimated 123 rooms, including 14 bedrooms, several gift-wrapping rooms and a beauty salon. There are also 27 bathrooms, a bowling alley and a flower-cutting room. There is also room for more than 100 vehicles.
