A security breach at the arts and crafts chain has led to debit card fraud for customers of Des Moines-area banks and credit unions.
Someone used Elonda Bacon's debit card information to spend more than $900 last weekend, mostly in Southern California. The Des Moines woman didn't find out until she tried to use her debit card at a gas station and it was declined.
'I knew I had tons of money in my account, so I asked him to run it again,' she said."
